Purpose: Hearthstone, Inc. (“Hearthstone”) supports and encourages fair wages and benefits for workers employed by its contractors and subcontractors, as appropriate. Hearthstone also encourages small businesses and Service-Disabled Veterans Business Enterprises (SDVBE) to participate in the competitive bidding process for contracts at homebuilding projects controlled by Hearthstone. This website promotes these ideals by reaching out and providing a public bulletin board that contains notices to the contracting community about potential opportunities to competitively bid on contracts at homebuilding projects controlled by Hearthstone.

Procedure: You must be a potentially eligible Responsible Contractor to submit a bid on one or more of the projects listed on this bulletin board. To determine your potential eligibility please read the Responsible Contractor Program (RCP) Policy and contact Hearthstone’s RCP Coordinator, Bryce Brunsting at (858) 436-1286 or BBrunsting@Hearthstone.com. If you are a Responsible Contractor, Hearthstone’s RCP Coordinator will provide you with additional information on how to submit your bid for a particular contract on a Hearthstone project.
